Past December OnePlus was rumored to be working on a cheap fitness band to take on Xiaomi’s Mi Band lineup. OnePlus’s CEO, Pete Lau even assured the first-ever wearable from the company arriving in early 2021. And it looks like we are finally going to see one.
OnePlus has posted a new teaser on Facebook, revealing a new smart band. The post says “The New Face of Fitness Coming Soon” but lacks further information including specs.
However, a couple of leaksters — Ishan Agarwal and Mukul Sharma were quick enough to reveal the looks as well as specifications on Twitter.

Going by the leaks, the upcoming OnePlus smart band is said to carry a 1.1-inch AMOLED screen and a bunch of exercise modes; 13 to be precise, IP68 certification, sleep tracking, 24 x 7 heart rate, and SpO2 blood saturation monitoring, and a battery that can last as long as 14 days.
The leaked pictures also suggest somewhat elevated design language on top of the silicone built band.
As for pricing, the new OnePlus Band could start anywhere at $34 (INR 2,499), all set to release in India on 11th January. It will release in other markets on the following dates. Though uncertain, it could retail starting at a price of NPR 4,999 in Nepal but we will have to see.
