At the PlayStation State of Play video showcase, Sony revealed the much-awaited remakes, new titles and many other interesting games. So, let’s take a short look at seven announcements that caught our eye.
Final Fantasy VII Remake
Since the development moved to Square Enix, it’s been a long gap for the developer to re-reveal Final Fantasy VII remake. The teaser of the game is short and show some of the game’s graphics but the full version of the game is yet to come.
Also, Square Enix has planned to release the trailer in the month of June where this year’s E3 showcase will be held.
MediEvil Remake’s Release Date Revealed
The developer of MediEvil Remake, Other Ocean Interactive, has revealed the release date of the game. The game is set to launch on October 25 exclusively on PS4. The remake will be just perfect for gamers as it will be released near Halloween.
Monster Hunter World: Iceborne expansion has a release date
Monster Hunter World: Iceborne expansion is an adventure game where users hunt down monsters at a different location shown in the trailer (snowy and tropical forest).
Moreover, at the end of the trailer, we can see if a player dies he can be resurrected by his fellow penguin-like creature. So, players can get a second chance at the fight with monsters.
At last, Capcom confirmed the expansion will hit the stores on September 6, 2019, for PS4 and Xbox One and for PC it is set this winter.
Predator: Hunting Grounds Announced
A multiplayer game is set to be released by developer IIIFonic in 2020 where players will experience the perspective of a predator. It will be a fun game for a group of friends where one player controls the Predator and other players control a Fireteam.
Likewise, both Fireteam with firepower and strategy and Predator with stealth and tech-based attacks have to test their skills and prove who will win.
Riverbond Trailer Announced
Another multi-player game developed by Cococumber, where four-player co-op and play with familiar cameo characters from indie games including Shovel Knight, Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime, and Guacamelee.
The game is set to release this summer on PS4.
Away Trailer Launch
Some people could have thought of getting the perspective of the animals. Here, Sony has revealed ‘Away’ where players will experience different perspectives of a number of different animals trying to survive in the wilderness.
Players experience every possible danger an animal might face in the game and try to survive and find a way to a sanctuary.
Limited Edition Days of Play PS4
In the event, Sony also announced a limited edition Days of Play based PS4 which will be launched as part of Days of Play PlayStation event. The event will start in June and the limited edition Days of Play PS4 will be distributed at the event.
Moreover, the Days of Play event will also feature more game trailers and accessories available for gamers.
