The new Nokia C20 has been launched in Nepal. The phone is a new addition to the affordable C smartphone lineup that runs on Android 11 (Go edition) whilst is powered by an octa-core Unisoc SC9863A chip.
Ravi Kunwor, General Manager of Pan Asia HMD Global shared his words on the launch stating, “What sets Nokia phones apart is the embodiment of HMD Global’s message – love it, trust it, keep it – in every device made. The longer we enjoy using our phones, the better it is for the environment in driving a positive impact in Nepal’s reduction in waste management.”
The Nokia C20 carries a 6.52-inch IPS LCD panel with 1600 x 720 pixels resolution and a 20:9 aspect ratio.
Running on Android 11 (Go edition), it’s powered by a 28nm process-based Unisoc SC9863A processor paired with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of onboard storage expandable via a dedicated microSDXC slot.
At the back, there is a single 5MP shooter at the back with HDR and complemented with LED flash. The front gets a similar 5MP selfie sensor, also with an LED flash. Similarly, both rear and front sensors are capable of recording 720p videos, the former at 30fps.
Connectivity options are Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, micro-USB 2.0, a 3.5mm jack, and hence FM radio. While the sensors used are an accelerometer and proximity.
The Nokia C20 comes with a removable Li-Ion 3000mAh battery that keeps its lights on. It’s available in Sand and Dark Blue colors.
