Realme launched two new devices in its GT smartphone line in Nepal, the Realme GT Neo 3 and GT2 Pro. The former is the world’s fastest charging smartphone with 150W Ultra Dart Charge tech whilst the latter brings world-first innovations including paper tech design and the company’s own Super Reality 2K AMOLED flat display with an independent display chip.
Here we will take an overview of both smartphones in detail followed by their prices in Nepal and availability.
Realme GT Neo 3 Overview
The Realme GT Neo 3 comes with a 6.7-inch AMOLED panel with 2,412 x 1,080 pixels resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and a 20:9 aspect ratio. There is a Corning Gorilla Glass 5 layer on top for protection.
Running on Realme UI 3.0 atop Android 12 OS, the GT Neo 3 is powered by a 5 nm-based MediaTek Dimensity 8100 chipset coupled with 12GB RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. A Mali-G610 MC6 GPU takes care of the graphics.
As for the optics, there is a triple camera setup at the back including an f/1.9 50MP wide, an f/2.3 8MP ultrawide, and an f/2.4 2MP macro sensor. The rear module supports dual-LED dual-tone flash, HDR, and panorama. Also, it can capture both 4K and 1080p resolution videos at 30/60fps.
Coming to the front, there is a single f/2.5 16MP wide sensor with HDR and panorama support for selfies. And it can capture up to 1080p videos at 30fps.
The device uses Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, and a USB Type-C 2.0 for connectivity. Similarly, it has an optical under-display fingerprint scanner together with an accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass sensor.
A non-removable Li-Po 5,000mAh battery with an 80W fast charge keeps the lights on. It’s said to charge the cell from 0 to 100% in 32 minutes as advertised.

Realme GT2 Pro Overview
The Realme GT2 Pro carries a 6.7-inch LTPO2 AMOLED display with 3,216 x 1,440 pixels resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 20:9 ratio, HDR10+, and 1,400 nits peak brightness. A Corning Gorilla Glass Victus layer has been used on top for protection.
The GT2 Pro runs on Realme UI 3.0 on top of Android 12 OS. Similarly, it’s powered by a Qualcomm SM8450 Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset that is based on 4nm fabrication. The CPU is octa-core with one 3.00GHz Cortex-X2, three 3.50 GHz Cortex-A710, and four 1.80GHz Cortex-A510 cores. There is an Adreno 730 GPU unit to handle the graphics.
Paired with the chip is 12GB of RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 onboard storage.
Coming to the camera, Realme GT2 Pro has a triple camera setup at the back that comprises an f/1.8 50MP wide sensor with multi-directional PDAF and OIS, an f/2.2 50MP ultrawide snapper, and finally an f/3.3 3MP microscope shooter with auto-focus and 40x magnification. The rear module is capable of capturing up to 8K resolution videos at 24fps, 4K resolution videos at 30/60fps, and 1080p resolution videos at 30/60/240fps.
Meanwhile, the front gets an f/2.4 32MP wide unit with HDR and panorama for selfies. The video recording capability, however, is capped up to 1080p resolution at 30fps.
