Oppo’s new device, the OPPO F15 is a new mid-range addition to its F-series lineup smartphones in Nepal. The device is expected to penetrate the mid-range smartphone market of Nepal that is filled with smartphones from a number of other big players including Xiaomi, Huawei, Vivo, Samsung, and so on.
Diving directly into the device itself, the F15 flaunts a 6.4-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with 2400 x 1800 resolution and the aspect ratio and pixel density that numbers to 20:9 and 408PPI respectively. It uses the Corning Gorilla Glass 5 to protect the display and supports 430 nits brightness as advertised.
Similarly, the device is powered by an octa-core MediaTek MT6771V Helio P70 processor based on 12nm chipset technology while uses Mali-G72 MP3 for graphical processing. Alongside lie an 8GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage. The device also supports UFS 2.1 and has a dedicated microSDXC slot as well. Moreover, it runs on Android 9.0 Pie with ColorOS 6.1 skin on top.
As for the optics, the Oppo F15 carries a quad-camera at the back — a 48MP f/1.8 primary sensor, an 8MP f/2.3 ultrawide sensor, a 2MP B/W f/2.4 sensor, and a 2MP f/2.4 depth sensor along with an LED flash and HDR and panorama support. At the front is a single 16MP f/2.0 26mm wide selfie shooter with HDR support.
The device uses a 4,025mAh cell to keep its light on while supports 20W fast charging based on VOOC 3.0 that charges up to 50% in around 30 minutes as advertised.
The F15 comes in Lightening Black and Unicorn White colors and its price in Nepal is Rs. 39,990.
