The Oppo A93s 5G is now official but it’s just a subtle upgrade from the Oppo A93 5G, the main difference being the chipset — the new phone has MediaTek’s Dimensity 700. Other than that, the phone doesn’t differ much from each other.
The Oppo A93s 5G brings a 90Hz refresh rate LCD panel that measures 6.5-inch diagonally with Full HD+ resolution. At the top is a punch-hole cutout that makes room for an 8MP selfie shooter with an f/2.0 lens.
At the rear is a 48MP primary camera accompanied by 2MP depth and macro units, which is similar to the Oppo A93 5G, though the placement is a bit different — the new phone has its shooters placed in L-formation with an LED flash just below it.
Nothing much has changed in terms of battery as well, the phone still holds true to its 5,000mAh cell with 18W charging speed, much like the A93 5G.
You’ll have Android 11 with ColorOS 11 out of the box, while there’s also dual 5G standby, plus all the latest Bluetooth and WiFi standards.
The Oppo A93s 5G comes in 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant, and its price is at CNY 1,999; that’s around NPR 36,700 in Nepal. Sales begin from July 30 with the phone available in Black, White, and Blue color options.
