Oppo has announced the new Oppo A57 4G in Nepal. Though the naming scheme may confuse you, it’s a different smartphone than the Oppo A57 5G launched a while back in April 2022. The handset comes with a 6.56-inch display, 13MP camera, and a 5,000mAh battery.

Oppo A57 4G Overview
The Oppo A57 4G carries a 6.56-inch IPS LCD panel with 720 x 1,612 pixels resolution and a 20:9 ratio.
Running on ColorOS 12.1 atop Android 12, it’s powered by MediaTek MT6765G Helio G35 processor based on 12nm fabrication. Paired up with the chip is 4GB of RAM and 64GB of eMMC 5.1 storage that is further expandable using microSDXC.
As for the optics, there is a dual camera set up at the back comprising an f/2.2 13MP wide and an f/2.4 2MP depth sensor. The rear module can capture up to 1080p resolution videos at 30fps. Similarly, the front gets an f/2.0 8MP wide shooter for selfies with similar video recording capability.
For connectivity, Oppo A57 4G uses Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, USB Type-C 2.0, and a 3.5mm audio jack. And the sensors incorporated include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, accelerometer, and proximity.
The device comes with a non-removable 5,000mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging, hence can charge from 0 to 50% in 30 minutes as advertised.
