The rumors have been put to rest as Vivo unveils the new Vivo V20 and V20 Pro, its new entrant to the V20 lineup. The launch comes after the news regarding the V20 SE which is set to be unveiled on September 24.
Vivo V20 Pro
Starting off with the more premium ‘V20 Pro’. The phone handles its processing with Snapdragon 765G SoC, which supports 5G. It boots on Funtouch OS 11 layered on top of Android 10, has 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
The front makes up for a 6.44-inch FullHD+ AMOLED panel that hosts a fingerprint scanner beneath and a notch at the top that sees two camera for selfies — a 44MP sensor with Eye Autofocus and an 8MP ultrawide unit with 105-degree FoV.
Regarding the back, the V20 Pro brings AG Matte Glass protecting is from scratches and is less of a fingerprint magnet. The main highlight, though, is the triple-camera that sits in a rectangle. It has 64MP main sensor, 8MP ultrawide, and 2MP monochrome units. The 8MP unit also doubles as a macro lens that allows you to shoot from 2.5cm from the subject.
Other software features include Super Night Mode, Motion Autofocus, Tripod Mode, 3D Sound Tracking, Portrait Video, Dual-View Video, and 240 fps Slo-Mo Selfie Video. That’s a lot of features for a phone at this price (which we’ll talk about later).
Powering the phone is a 4,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. On top of that, the Vivo V20 Pro also offers dual-mode 5G, vapor chamber liquid cooling, and Hi-Res Audio. The only thing missing is a 3.55 audio jack, instead you’ll get a USB-C to 3.5mm headphone jack adapter.
The Vivo V20 Pro price is THB 14,999 (~ NPR 57,000) and will be available in Midnight Jazz, Moonlight Sonata, and Sunset Melody color options. The phone will go on sale from 30th of September.

Vivo didn’t go in-depth with the V20 specs sheet, but just stated few key features — Snapdragon 720G chipset, 64MP triple-camera, 44MP selfie camera, and a 4,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging.
