The OnePlus 9 has finally launched in Nepal. Smart Talk Private Limited, one of the authorized distributors of OnePlus smartphones in Nepal introduces the vanilla OnePlus 9 for a price of NPR 104,999 for the 12GB/256GB variant.
The device has plenty to offer, including a glass build, fluid AMOLED display, a 5nm processor, and a Sony IMX689 main camera with omnidirectional PDAF.

OnePlus 9 Overview
The OnePlus 9 comes with a 6.55-inch fluid AMOLED display with 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, and 1100 nits peak brightness. With the front and the back built with glass, both get the Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.
The device is powered by a Snapdragon 888 chipset coupled with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage whilst boots on OxygenOS 11 atop Android 11. An Adreno 660 unit takes care of the graphics and it lacks any memory expansion option.
As for optics, the back flaunts an f/1.8 48MP wide Sony IMX689 sensor with omnidirectional PDAF, an f/2.2 50MP Sony IMX766 ultrawide unit, and an f/2.4 2MP monochrome lens. The rear module gets Hasselblad color calibration, dual-LED flash, HDR, and panorama. Also, it’s capable of recording 8K videos at 30fps, 4K videos at 60fps, and 1080p videos at 30/60/240fps while the recording also supports auto HDR and gyro-EIS.
At the front lies a single f/2.4 16MP Sony IMX471 wide camera with auto-HDR. This one can capture 1080p videos at 30fps and supports gyro-EIS.
The connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, NFC, USB Type-C 3.1 with USB On-The-Go, however, lacks a 3.5mm audio jack. There’s also an in-display fingerprint scanner for biometric protection.
A non-removable Li-Po 4,500mAh battery with 65W fast charging keeps the lights on which is said to charge the battery from 1 to 100% in 29 minutes as advertised. You also get 15W wireless charging support as well as USB power delivery.
The device is available in three different color variants — Winter Mist, Arctic Sky, Astral Black.
