OPPO latest offering the A7 has officially made its way to Nepal. The A7 is an aesthetically pleasing phone — thanks to the waterdrop screen — albeit being less powerful than its F9. The phone is now available for pre-orders in Nepal.
Talking about those aesthetics, the device comes with a 6.2-inch screen that bears a resolution of 720 x 1520 and 19:9 aspect ratio. And thanks to the waterdrop notch at the top the phone makes a good way to consume media without any obstructions.
All those glories aside, the A7 is possibly not a go-to phone when it comes to performance. The processor inside — i.e. Snapdragon 450 — doesn’t do any justice to the phone’s price tag(which we will talk later). It has 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, which is considerably low to today’s standard, but the microSD card slot’s got you covered.
Barring an underpowered CPU and low storage, the A7 does come with pretty decent cameras. At the rear is a pair of 13MP (f/2.2) + 2MP (f/2.4) depth camera with autofocus. The front has a 16MP sensor with a f/2.0 lens that can capture image and videos in HDR. Like usual, the cameras are powered by OPPO’s own AI beauty technology and has an option for capturing bokeh effects photos.
Powering the phone is a whopping 4,230mAh battery with some smart AI features for smart battery management that halt inactive apps and reduces excess cache for battery performance. All these things are handled by Android 8.1 Oreo which is topped with Color OS 5.2.

The OPPO A7 will be available in two color options including Glaze Blue and Glaring Gold. The phone is now available for pre-orders in Nepal and can be purchased for Rs. 35,790.
