It’s been a long since we had a smartphone from Coolpad in Nepal, today the company has unveiled its new Coolpad Cool 6 in Nepal. The company’s Cool 1 was one of the few phones in the market with dual-camera back then, and albeit not so astonishing the new Cool 6 sets a pretty good standard for a mid-ranger.
The major highlight of the phone has to be its camera — it has a triple-camera at the back, one being a 48MP main lens, the other two is 2MP sensors each. There’s a 21MP selfie camera that is hidden inside a pop-up module.
Besides that, the phone gets a 6.53-inch FHD+ display with no signs of any protective layers. Powering this phone is a MediaTek Helio P70 chipset alongside 6GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage. To keep the lights on, we have a 4,000mAh battery, while you’ll be using Coolpad’s own UI on top of Android 10 out of the box. The rear gets a fingerprint scanner for unlocking the device.
As for the price in Nepal, the Coolpad Cool 6 will set you back Rs. 26,499 for the only 6/128GB variant. The phone will be available through retailers across Nepal, although Coolpad Nepal is yet to provide any concrete information about the availability.
