Samsung Nepal has launched the new Samsung Galaxy A73 5G smartphone in Nepal. The successor to Galaxy A72, A73 5G brings in a Super AMOLED Plus display, Snapdragon 778 5G processor, and a 108MP primary camera with PDAF and OIS.

The Samsung Galaxy A73 5G comes with a 6.7-inches Super AMOLED Plus display with 2,400 x 1,080 pixels resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 800 nits brightness, and a 20:9 aspect ratio. The Corning Gorilla Glass 5 layer on the top provides protection.
Running on One UI 4.1 atop Android 12, the handset is powered by a Qualcomm SM7325 Snapdragon 778 5G chipset based on 6nm fabrication. An Adreno 642L unit takes care of the graphics. Similarly, paired with the processor is 6GB or 8GB of RAM and 128GB or 256GB of internal storage that is further expandable via microSDXC using a shared SIM slot.
As for the optics, there is a quad-camera set up at the back comprising an f/1.8 108MP wide lens with PDAF and OIS, an f/2.2 12MP ultrawide unit, an f/2.4 5MP macro shooter, and an f/2.4 5MP depth sensor. The rear module supports LED flash, panorama, and HDR. And it can capture up to 4K resolution videos at 30fps and 1080p resolution videos at 30/60fps.
Coming to the front, there is a single f/2.2 32MP wide snapper for selfies. It supports HDR and can capture both 4K and 1080p resolution videos at 30fps.
For connectivity, the Galaxy A73 5G has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and USB Type-C 2.0. Meanwhile, the sensors incorporated are an under-display optical fingerprint scanner, accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass.
A non-removable Li-Po 5,000mAh battery with 25W fast charging keeps the lights on.
