Coolpad’s Cool Play 6 is launching soon in Nepal. The phone is expected to hit the shelves of the Nepali market through the e-commerce site Daraz, possibly after the company’s Black Friday event.
Despite the phone striking a resemblance to Coolpad Cool 1‘s design, it comes with some noticeable internal changes. Let’s talk about the specs here. The phone sports a 5.5-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. The mid-ranger runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 653 chipset with a clock speed of 1.5GHz. The RAM is 6GB, while the storage is 64GB, though, unfortunately, there’s no microSD card slot for expansion.
Shifting its focus toward the rear, the phone boasts a dual 13MP camera at the rear with f/2.0 aperture, PDAF, and dual-LED flash. For selfies, there’s an 8MP sensor with 1.4 µm pixel size and f/2.2 aperture.
The whole phone boots on Android 7.1.1 Nougat on top of the company’s own Journey UI, while powering the phone is a beastly 4,060mAh battery. Although we are still unknown about the price of the phone, we expect it to arrive at around 30,000.
