After launching the A5s, OPPO has come up with the A1k, its yet another entry-level phone for the Nepali market. Not a huge round of changes can be seen here; a simple rear and a front that is usually appealing to masses.
Talking about the front, the OPPO A1k has a 6.1-inch IPS LCD screen with a 720p resolution. And thanks to a waterdrop notch at the top, the phone manages to keep 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The display is also protected with Gorilla Glass 3 from nicks and scratches.
What you get at the back is nothing sort of surprising either. Just a below average single 8MP f/2.2 camera with Autofocus and LED flash, while the front has a 5MP f/2.0 selfie snapper.
Internally, the phone has a MediaTek MT6762 chipset, 2GB of RAM and 32GB of onboard storage which is expandable up to 256GB via microSD card.
Powering the phone is an impressive 4,000mAh battery that suits its low-res display, whilst booting up the phone is Android 9 Pie on top of ColorOS 6 out of the box.
