Khalti introduces Demat and MeroShare renewal fee payment facility on its platform. With this, users can now pay Demat and MeroShare renewal fee directly via Khalti app and website.
Similarly, Khalti alongside has also come up with a dedicated ‘Share’ section on Khalti app and website that allows users to proceed to Demat and MeroShare renewal fee payments. Khalti users can avail the Demat and MeroShare renewal fee payments facility in a secure and reliable way with no extra costs. And all the transactions in Demat and MeroShare renewal fee payments take place in real-time.
Manish Modi, the Managing Director of Khalti said, “When we launched Khalti, we embarked on a goal to make all payments digital in Nepal. By adding Demat and MeroShare renewal fee payments facility, we have expanded the capabilities of digital wallet beyond mobile recharge and utility payments. For now, the facility is available for the Demat and MeroShare account holders in 6 merchant banks: Sunrise Capital, Laxmi Capital, Sanima Capital, Prabhu Capital, NIC Asia Capital, and Nabil Investment Banking. And Khalti looks forward to expanding the service to numerous other merchant banks as well pretty soon.
The deadline for Demat and MeroShare account renewal for this fiscal year is Asar 31 (July 16).
