The Galaxy M40 is the latest handset from Samsung to receive the Android 10 update with One UI 2.0 skin on top. Released just a year back, the update was pretty much mandatory for Galaxy M40 users. And for Samsung, this has been one of there best-selling devices and it looks like they have not disappointed.
But bear in mind that this is the Core build of the One UI 2, so it lacks some basic features like a built-in screen recorder.
Users residing in India are currently receiving the update with a build number of M405FDDU2BTB5. The update weighs just over 1.7GB and brings alongside the March security patch as well as other Android 10 goodness like new gesture navigation, notification management and improved privacy as well as the new Digital Wellbeing.
As usual, the update is region-based and will gradually hit all the devices of other regions over the coming weeks.
