Xiaomi has successfully inaugurated its fifth Mi Store in Nepal. The new Mi Store is located at Kalanki, opposite Kalanki Mandir, and of 200 sq. feet size. Xiaomi looks forward to restarting its rapid progress in developing innovative retail measures in the country as it aims to double down the number of Mi Stores by the end of this quarter in Nepal.
Sourabh Kothari, Country General Manager at Xiaomi Nepal talked about the launch stating, “This is a special milestone for Xiaomi Nepal. With our 5th Mi Store in the country, we will continue to strive to fulfill our goal of building a seamless offline network in the country and bring the best shopping experience for our Mi Fans. We hope that our Mi fans in Nepal take the opportunity to visit this Mi Store and make the most of our newly launched product line-up.”
Xiaomi says that the model will add more value towards building innovative retail segments in Nepal. The new Mi Store is said to be under Xiaomi’s governance thereby integrating retail efforts ranging from supply-chain management to product availability and delivery measures.
Xiaomi Nepal will be responsible to administer every retail process of the store that includes direct interaction at every stage of the retail process. This is expected to completely eliminate any additional corporate layers while allowing Mi fans to enjoy a more intimate relationship with the brand.
