We are in the midst of Q1 2022 and could get to see a new smartphone, namely Redmi 10A in the Redmi 10 series from Xiaomi that was originally released in May 2020. A new handset called Xioami 220233L2C was spotted on Geekbench 4 that disclosed a number of specifications. And it looks like a Chinese version of the speculated Redmi 10A that has already been seen in an IMEI database with model number 220233L2G.
The device gets powered by the MT6762G chipset from MediaTek, which corresponds to Helio G25. It even got a 791-score on the single-core and a 3,630-score on the multi-core test. Paired with the chip is 4GB of RAM. Similarly, the smartphone runs on Android 11 based OS.
Meanwhile, the global variant of Redmi 10A was spotted on the FCC database with model number 220233L2G. It further disclosed at least four different memory configurations — 2GB/32GB, 3GB/32GB, 3GB/64GB, and 4GB/128GB.
The handset runs on MIUI 12.5 OS built on top of Android 11 whilst featuring a 13MP primary and a 2MP secondary camera unit. Additionally, it gets LTE and single-band 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connectivity, and a fingerprint scanner for security.
