After numerous rumors and leaks, the Meizu MX6 has been officially revealed at a dedicated event in Beijing. With rumors surrounding about its specs in past, we can now officially confirm the specs of MX6.
The Meizu MX6 sports a 5.5-inch 1080p display with 2.5D glass to complement its looks. Inside, the smartphone is powered by MediaTek’s Helio X20 chipset accompanied with a deca-core processor (2x [email protected], 4x [email protected], 4x [email protected]). Alongside a powerful chipset, the smartphone is integrated with Mali-T880MP4 GPU and 4GB of RAM.
Talking about the camera, the Meizu MX6 features a 12MP Sony IMX386 1/2.9 sensor with an aperture rate of f/2.0, phase detection auto-focus, and dual-tone LED flash. The camera sensor used in this phone is first of its kind in the market and as claimed by Meizu, the quality of pictures shot from this phone goes head to head against the like of Galaxy S7. The phone is accompanied by a 5MP sensor upfront for selfie lovers.
Other noticeable features of Meizu MX6 includes 32GB of internal storage, dual-SIM support, as well as 4G LTE Cat 6 capability in terms of connectivity, and a fingerprint scanner upfront. The whole phone is powered by a 3,060 mAh battery which is capable of fast charging. The phone runs on Android Marshmallow on top of latest Flyme UI.
The Meizu MX6 will be made available in 3 different colors, including Gold, Gray, and Silver. The Meizu MX6 will be available first in China for the price tag of $299, with registration process opening today and sales beginning on July 30. However, we are pretty much unsure about the availability of this phone in Nepal.
