As expected, Jaima Intercontinental Pvt. Ltd., the sole authorized distributors of Coolpad smartphones has officially unveiled the new Cool Play 6 in Nepal. The new Cool Play 6 thrives on last year’s Cool 1 smartphone which was well received by enthusiasts and general consumers of Nepal.
There’s nothing to doubt about the device’s power here. It comes with a Snapdragon 653 chipset, accompanied by 6GB of RAM and 64GB of ample storage overcoming the phone’s lack of microSD card slot. The 5.5-inch display of the phone is surrounded by a metal body which shall make the phone a bit premium than its price tag.
At the rear, the Coolpad Cool Play 6 boasts a dual-camera setup — either of the lens comes with a 13MP sensor comprising of f/2.0 aperture, PDAF, and a dual-LED dual-tone flash. Out of two sensors, the first works as to capture light, whilst the latter is for capturing details for clarity in images. Selfies are to be taken from an 8MP camera at the front with f/2.2 aperture and 1.4 µm of pixel size.
Rest of the features includes a fingerprint scanner at the rear and an IR blaster for controlling your household devices. All these things are powered by an impressive 4,060mAh battery while fulfilling the software tasks will be Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box on top of Journey UI.
The Coolpad Cool Play 6 can be purchased for Rs. 31,996 in Nepal. The phone will be available in two color option of Black and Gold.
