As 5G rolled in, big players like Samsung and Huawei direly lifted up prices. So we assumed Apple could possibly do the same, uplift its pricing. While Apple does incorporate devices that are the most expensive in the market, the latest gossips affirm that Apple has no such plans.
Jon Prosser, a tipster from Front Page Tech stated that the company is putting together a price update plan for the upcoming iPhone 12 series — they will be hiking the price of just a single device.

Although coming from a credible source (predicted an exact release date of the iPhone SE to be 15 April 2020), this information could change as we are still around five months behind the release time.
Now, let’s give you a quick overview of the probable iPhone 12 lineup.
The iPhone 12 (Mini)
So, most of you already know that Apple is outlining a budget iPhone device this year. Though we don’t know the marketing name, it will reportedly feature a 5.4-inch 60Hz OLED panel with a smaller notch, thinner bezels, an aluminum built, and a dual rear camera setup. It could power on a next-generation A14 Bionic chipset, get 5G network support, and include a Lightning connector.
Prosser stated that the device will ship at a price of $649 in the US.
The iPhone 12 (Plus/Max)
Next is the stand-in for the iPhone 11, the iPhone 12 (Plus/Max) with a 6.1-inch OLED panel with a smaller notch, thinner bezels, an aluminum built, and a similar dual rear camera setup. This too could power on a next-gen A14 Bionic chipset and get the 5G support.
The device will reportedly ship at $749 in the US.
The iPhone 12 Pro
The flagship-grade premium iPhone 12 Pro allegedly flaunts a fairly large 6.1-inch OLED panel with a smaller notch, even thinner bezels. Adding beauty to the rear panel is an enhanced triple-camera setup and the LiDAR Scanner spotted in the iPad Pro 2020. However, the downright specifications are yet to be affirmed.
The iPhone 12 Pro, at the helm, is said to carry an A14 Bionic chipset. Alongside 5G support, the device could embed mmWave technology as well. Rumors too suggest incorporation of a 120Hz ProMotion refresh rate to counter flagship smartphones from the likes of Samsung.
Beside all updates, the phone is said to ship at $999 in the US, much like its predecessor.
The iPhone 12 Pro Max
An eldest in the lineup or the ‘Max’ version of the iPhone 12 Pro as suggested by the name itself, the iPhone 12 Pro Max is said to carry a fairly large 6.7-inch OLED panel plus a fairly large battery.
The device could go for sale at $1,099 in the US.
