Xiaomi has released its new flagship laptop, the Mi Notebook Pro X in China. A new addition to the Notebook series, the Notebook Pro X has the 11th Gen Intel processor and graphics unit that is configurable up to Nvidia RTX 3050Ti.
Starting with the display, it gets a 15.6-inch 3.5K OLED panel with 3456 x 2160 pixels resolution, DCI-P3 color gamut, 600 nits top brightness, and a Corning Gorilla Glass sheath for protection. Accredited to 4.03mm bezels on all the sides, the screen-to-body ratio translates to 91%.
The Notebook Pro X is powered by an 11th Gen Intel processor, available in both Core i7 and Core i5 variants whilst configurable up to Core i7-11370H that is a 35W quad-core processor leveraging 8 threads and built on a 10nm SuperFin node.
As mentioned earlier, the GPU is configurable up to Nvidia RTX 3050 Ti with 4GB GDDR6 VRAM. The laptop is configurable up to 32GB LPDDR4X RAM and up to 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD.
Weighing 1.9kg, the laptop’s thickness numbers to a maximum of 18.47mm. Similarly, it uses a backlit keyboard with 1.5mm key travel.
For an enhanced audio experience, you are looking at a couple of Harmon Kardon optimized 2W stereo speakers with support for DTS audio.
The Notebook Pro X carries an 80Wh battery with 130W fast charging that is said to go from 0 to 50% in 25 minutes over USB-C.
Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro X Price and Availability
The Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro X starts at a price of CNY 7999 in China (around NPR 148,000 in Nepal) for 16GB/512GB Core i5 model and CNY 9999 (NPR 184,000 in Nepal) for 32GB/1TB Core i7 model. The Notebook is already up for pre-order in China with sales kicking off as of July 9. And it’s available in just the Space Gray color for now.
