Xiaomi has filed a trademark for the term “POCO F2”, the most anticipated successor to the Pocophone F1. Thus, it clarifies any rumors and vague statements so far surrounding the POCO F2.
A trademark document was out just before the launch of the original POCO; so, the current trademark document might as well be an indication of the POCO F2 launching soon.
Judging by the footprint, the name POCO F2 will just be used in India while for the rest of the globe it will be named Pocophone F2.
The upcoming Pocophone F2 will most probably inherit the Pocophone F1 rather than the recently released Redmi K20 Pro. Pocophone F1, in case you didn’t know, sold like hotcakes in Nepal through Daraz Online Shopping, whilst it also created waves in the Indian market. So we won’t be surprised if its successor gains similar interest among the crowd.
